Explanation about Exclusive Buyer Agency and how Exclusive Buyer Agents work differently than most traditional agents. EBAs work for companies that have no listings and always represent the buyer and the buyer only in the real estate transaction.

  • This is a great video with great information to protect the consumer. I too am proud to be a member of NAEBA since 2004. Every consumer should do their research before hiring an agent. Not all buyer agent's are alike and there are misleading buyer agents out there. Therefore, buyer beware.

  • I am proud to be a member of NAEBA and that there are others who are willing to use a business model that honestly advocates for home buyers and ELIMINATES the conflicts of interest inherent in real estate transactions where the real estate company represents BOTH sides of a home purchase transaction.
