@MilesMuhldoon Red Light Therapy. It takes alot of age off the skin and strengthens the muscles. It adds collagen into the skin giving a firm, wrinkle free apprearance. It is amazing how much it works. My grandfather did it for three months, and he went from looking like he was 65 to 50. It works if you keep up with it XD. Not being insulting, but when ppl say they've taken an age beating, I give tips :) I am a fitness instructor

relax, I saw Led Zeppelin 3 times in the '70s...love their music. I'm only making comment on one's appearance as we all have aged...my gorgeous face and musculature have taken a beating, too.
