Spending a holiday at vigilius mountain resort means finding both the time and the inspiration to devote your attention completely to yourself and your own well-being -- whether actively through sport or through meditative relaxation. The Five Tibetans® belong to the oldest of far-east practices for sustaining well-being, vitality, relaxation and calmness. At the vigilius we start the day with these five exercises, generating a sensation of new suppleness and energy.

  • Thank you for doing this video; it is nicely done, and appears to be a very nice mountainous resort - reminds me of my province of BC Canada! If you could do a twitter, and facebook link for your site it would be useful for sharing. Merci!

  • excellent, thanks!

  • The best video on YT about this issue. Maybe title will be good. Thanks man, u did it very, very good job!

  • very helpful!!!!

    thank you very much!!!

  • I like this because he adds effective relaxing postures in each intervals of the five movements.

It seems difficult for beginners who does not have enough muscular or those have troubles in back or shoulders, but still they would be harmonized after years.

  • Good instruction, very helpful - thanx!
