@customnotmodded It sounds like he has an aftermarket rev limiter. Bee* R make one that doesn't fuel cut but cuts the ignition signal. This causes the backfire. Sound ruthless!

This guy's car is definately not stock (description). He probably has a safety feature to keep from tearing up his engine like that. Or just better pistons and whatnot
