Following the Civil wedding the Royal couple affirmed their love in a deeply personal blessing ceremony at St George's Chapel .

I have just read a USA comment on the Independent TV news video (which was edited from this original BBC b'cast) the message said that our royal couple were met by boos from the British people, when in fact there were none on this original. As a matter of fact it is commented on by the people doing the live commentary because the Diana circle (all 25 of them) said they would be there: The British people look quite pleased for the couple.

ITN did add a boo to their highlights of this days events.

I was told that there was a Frenchwoman who booed, but this was by the castle gates: she was fisted by a member of the british public. LOL.

@xxmemyself - Hello mate. In the 1960's The Queen had the love and support of 82% of this nation and in 2011 the Queen had the love and suport of 82% of this nation.

Contrast that with -

In 2005 Tony Blair had the support of 18% of those eligible to vote and in 2012 Prime Minister Cameron has the support of just 20% of those eligible to vote.

Poll after poll show that Prince Charles is more popular than ever.

Her.Majesty. spoke in glowing terms about H.R.H. Camilla Duchess of Cornwall at the wedding reception - Camilla is now ranked 2nd only to the Queen.

After the revelations about the Prince's 1st wife being a slapper I am perplexed as to why only 70% of the english people wanted this marriage to go ahead.

I was there..the only person who was boo'd by the crowd was Tony Blair. He looked very embarassed but waved to the crown anyway...we had not come to see him, we had come to see our beloved Prince of Wales happy at last...as he deserves.

I was on Windsor High Street for the Wedding, and there was nothing but good wishes for this dignified couple.

@Robby334 Diana was not a perfect human being. She did great work but her personal life was overshadowing her work. Charles and Camilla never stopped loving each other and they deserve as anyone else the chance to share it openly.

Sorry dont agree with this wedding. I am a very much a Royalist "BLESS YOU YOUR MAJESTY" But Charles married Diana for one reason only.. and we all know why. RIP Diana, you were a saint on this earth, and i am sure will be there in the spritual world, we will meet there. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
