Wish they would have tried harder with the hair. Like wtf? It just jets out to the side and that's when it's new!

@menerva4 I couldn't really see it in the commercials, Hasbro should have done better in that regard, however I did also mention that it could have been the same doll which a hair switch gimmick, so thank you for pointing that out. The commercials at least to me could have pointed it out better, though by the sounds of it, Hasbro could have done better then just by adding a hat to keep her duel identity. Actually come to think of it I do remember some blonde within the pink of her hair.

@David315842 No, they were the same doll. The way it worked is that you had to change Jem into Jerrica. You can't see it in the commercials, but the top part of Jem's hair is pink, the bottom part of her hair is blond. You had to take the pink part and twist it into a bun and place the hat of the Jerrica outfit, which was included in the package with Jem on her head; and then she became Jerrica Benton

I got the original jem doll as a kid and her earings didn't light up.; that is until I dropped her, and then they started to work.

I had this doll. She had that purple dress with the hot pink bows and the silver hem.

@TXRider I believe there were two dolls, one of Jerrica and one of Jem, unless they are the same doll with a wig or something?

I had that doll and my brother put her in the tub and her earrings never lit up again! Stupid brothers...LOL
