圓山飯店這次推出「嚐鱻」做為比賽主打,光看名字就可以感受到新鮮的滋味。這道菜還兼顧食尚與養生,,用台灣新鮮的國產石斑魚做為食材,利用破布子、醃秋葵包在魚內提味,­也增加了不同的口感。廚師們特別花了兩周時間構想這道料理。
