David Archuleta's performance was stunning on finale night. wonderful vocals. D.A. definitely deserved winning all three rounds from the judges. it annoys cook fans so they come to this site to leave negative comments. We know who has great voice. David Archuleta is and always be my american idol.

As good as Cook was, it was clear that Simon DELIBERATELY over-praised Archie and over-criticized Cook in order to create an angry backlash vote FOR Cook, to guarantee Cook's win.

I didn't appreciate the manipulation.

David Cook's fans were older and had access to internet programs where you could vote more than once. The next day, many of them bragged about voiting 25-30,000 times each. All it would take is 500 to equal 12 million. Most of David Archuleta's fans were younger and not as computer savvy. It is sad that the powers at be at American Idol would let this happen. IDavid Cook was nothing more than any other rocker. He wasn't special at all but David Archuleta was and always will be.

David should've won but the voters got comfortable and cook's supporters panicked :P Well, that's my take on what happened, as it was obvious.

If you click on YT Video Guide username, huge picture that comes up is david cook. YT Video Guide is basically promoting cook and his image. It's not representing ai contestants but it's focus is to upgrade cook's image and gear new viewers to see their YT videos. See how many YT Video Guide videos are used in the YT listings. Does cook need that much upgrade on his image by downgrading other singers?

I was wondering why Simon's picture is displayed for this video, not David Archuleta. I clicked on username YTVideoGuide and guess whose picture is displayed in its format, david cook. I saw so many YT Video Guide videos listed in You Tube listings. It's okay to present as YT Video Guide but it's not right to be unfair and displace other contestants' videos to bolster cook's image. Does Cook need that much upgrade help in his image?

YTVideoGuide username is definitely slanting to promote David Cook and his image.  Click on YTVideoGuide and you'll see a picture of Cook. YT is favoring him throughout the You Tube listings thru its username. Look at the right side for other videos, look at how many YTVideoGuide lists Cook. It is using its own videos to promote Cook at the expense of other ai contestants.

Yes but ai producers were so worried with the judges giving Archuleta knock outs in finale and Archuleta getting great reaction from the audience, they manipulated to fix the results. Yes, it was unfair to both contestants.

Archie was okay with the outcome and he was grateful to be top 2, but as to Cook, I wouldn't feel good if I won the title with producers slanting to make sure I win. I would have wanted a real honest voting results. Cook would win with a lot closer margin to Archuleta.

Oh, I didn't mean it that way --- Cook was great and, contrary to popluar belief, he was actually winning the vote count for 6 out of the last 7 weeks of the season.

So Cook was likely to win anyway. But they should have let it happen naturally... "Tricking" the audience (which indeed they did) was unfair to both Archie (my favorite) AND Cook.

Fox and Produces fixed the results for Cook that show lost itis credibility, Archuleta was the real winner of that Season...
