4 ea. 2oz pieces of bass, 10 oz. fresh tomato, 1/2 c. dry white wine(no cooking wines), 6 oz. onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1/4 c. black olives, 1 T. lemon juice, 2 T. fresh parsley, 1 c. flour
