  • Its actually quite easy to paint, we did it with some specialist fire place paint from Hotspot in the UK.

  • how the fuck a normal person that uses the fireplace paints it on the inside?

  • The manufacturer of this fireplace would tell you that this guy is a complete idiot

You dont paint the inside of a fireplace if you are going to use it

The fireplace in the video is a factory fireplace with refractory panels

When they break down they can be easily replaced

Painting can lead to faster deterioration of any masonry product- let alone the toxic fumes that will result from burning the paint

DO NOT FOLLOW THIS IDIOTS ADVICE

  • Bar-b-Q paint or ceramic or High temp enamel paint

  • He is using high heat paint. You can use the spray can high heat and it works just as well alot faster. Make sure you are using a vacuum and open windows. The paint does make the Pre_Fad chimney boxes look new.

  • this guy is a complete twit...i've seen much of what he's posted....you need high temp paint...avoid the advice you get from jackholes like this

  • i WOULD RECOMMEND hIGH TEMP. PAINT. BARB Q PAINT IS GOOD. WE USE IT ALL THE TIME.. i OWN A FIREPLACE SHOP.

  • This sounds dangerous.

Paint is flammable. Wouldn't this be considered an extreme fire hazard?
