  • I don't know if you know but it took 20 days to make this scene on a lake

  • It always makes me laugh when people bash fantasy swordplay films for its apparent "lack of realism". Even though these people like blatantly fake scenes in films, like the awful flying tank cgi scene in the A-Team, or the million edit car chase sequence in Quantum of Solace, or the Cartoon CGI Chase in Indiana Jones 4 through the Green Screen Jungle - ALL anything but creative. But something innovative like this? Oh no.. That's blasphemy! The Chinese are graceful people, as are their films.

  • @pogoman379 If you think this movie is shitty, that is perfectly fine... because everyone has an opinion. but other people like it, and they are free to express why they like it with their own words. You're just a very sad and unsympathetic person to try and bash them for doing so.

  • @pogoman379 Feel free to quote my previous comment. I didn't change my statement, I know what I stated then, and what I stated just a while ago. You need to learn how to interpret sentences and words properly. I said 'in detail'... but it seems your brain likes to turn things around a lot. I'm saying that this movie is a visual re-interpretation of the manner in which they (stories) are told, not depicting in detail what is written.

  • I really don't fully understand how the filmed the flying shots... cranes leaning out into the middle of the lake, blue screen chromakey? does anyone know?

  • @SonOfASubmariner27 LOL. Look how fast you change your words. Kind of stupid to do that since I can just scroll up and see exactly what you said about folkloric stories. Fail more. And no I understand exactly what you said, and you're flat out wrong. And no matter how much you cry over it, it isn't "my loss", since I haven't actually lost anything from watching a shitty fight scene other than a few minutes lmao. Eat it.

  • @pogoman379 They obviously wanted to do something creative and over-the-top with this movie, and people enjoy that, just like they always have in crazy fighting movies. I never claimed that this type of movement is described in detail in folkloric stories, nor do you know a single shit about that either since you obviously didn't study Chinese or anything close to that. You obviously don't understand what I was trying to explain before either. It's your loss, either way. Eat it.

  • such a beautiful language
