AU Paire Peter/Claire - Painting On My Heart

Story: Peter and Claire are NOT related. They are separated, but Peter is 'hunted' by visions of Claire. He sense that she is in danger and the only way he can do that is to reunite with her. Would he be able to save her? Or it's too late for them? Watch and you'll see!:)
