  • Hmmm... The patients BP looked insanely low

  • Thats because we administered some Nitroprusside at 1:54 to avoid excessive bleeding. i made a mistake by leaving the blood in the IV. glucose would be better here.

  • @tingmarco1 close the fast cell growth is the cancer a tumor is the result of the cell rate

  • i think if cell grows at fast rate is called tumor.

  • Ow my head hurts now

  • After playing this game for 2 weeks you are more capable and trained than most of your city doctors!

  • how do you know what to do??????

  • 0:35 lol looks like its talking

  • @KXMoon no. he suctioned the tumor area which will leave that spot slightly empty. it eventually heals and is better within 2 weeks. trust me. i had a big tumor once.

  • @wlayton2 Hey calm down! Was just making fun of the fact a surgery like this in real life takes hours but in the game it takes minutes :)

  • @EMPPT He sped up the gameplay at least once ... can't read the clock on the EKG but it's about 9 minutes which sounds about right from opening to closing. Made three mistakes ... one of which would cause serious brain damage: the bone flap incision holes should be drilled while the flap is on the operating table, not in place inside the patient. Glucose would be better than hanging a second blood IV, and there was no need to use the cotton swabs on the patient's skull before drilling.

  • I love how a complex surgery like this took only 4 minutes ^^
