@beatlesvickz Eat more protein. When I used to be into weight-lifting in my 20s, I ate a lot of protein and drank a lot of protein shakes and my hair and facial fair grew about twice as fast as it normally did. ;/

Yeah, I've been lucky to have it grow about a half inch a month pretty steady now. Lots of people seem to grow at all different length speeds. It's so weird!

Thanks! No, I try not to tie it up just so I don't rip any extra hairs out! Though it's growing into a two sided beard with a nice natural split so if I do tie it one day, I'll probably split it in two.
