@zerk54 Thanks for the reply, sounds interesting. I have a lightweight Bivy and sometimes I take that with a polyester sheet on warmer summer outings. I have a Marmot Trestles 20 sleeping bag, but the main problem for me is the height issue. At 6'4", which isnt really that tall I find it hard to fit. I also toss and turn in my sleep which is also an issue. Take care.

@beactivelife I started using a wool blanket and poncho liner. It's working pretty well. Being big means big sleeping bag. Takes a lot of space in a pack.

@zerk54 Agreed, I have yet to find one that I like and I am not even a "Big Guy". Im just tall with wide shoulders.

If you are a big guy, finding a sleeping bag sucks. They don't really make these things to go over wide shoulders.
