When I take my kitty to Patrick Vet clinic, I feel like I am in a Norman Rockwell painting.Old school.Dr. Patrick treats my kitty like a little person with love and attention to detail. You receive the best care and thehe staff are all amazing. You can tell they all love animals. There is NO other veterinary clinic like this one. I give them all 5 Stars. N.Townsend

I love Patrick Vet Clinic. They DO care about the animals and that IS their bottom line. Thank you for being there for our pets. We will have to bring Daisy May back in when we are there for the winter so you can see what a difference there is AFTER ridding her of heartworms. Hugs to you all and a million thank yous

Where is the best veterinary clinic? Who can beat the care your animals recieves in this town, NO ONE in this town can top Patrick Veterinary Clinic!!!! When you walk in with your animal it is well worth the wait.

Patrick Veterinary Clinic is the best vet I have ever been to. My 14yr old rottweiler, Cuddles and beagle Dolly loved Dr. Patrick Sr and were with me that long because of the care and love that Dr. Patrick Sr and his staff gave them. Dr. Patrick Sr and his staff now take care of my new babies Little Lady and Dolly. I would not go anywhere else them anywhere else. Not being able to make an appointment is not at all inconvenient while we wait we get to meet all kinds of new furry friends. .

Love Dr. Patrick and all the vets and staff at Patrick Veterinary Clinic! They have taken care of all of our pets... starting with my cat, Cassie, who had to have a leg amputated 19 years ago when I was at C of C and have cared for all our pets since! I tried another vet when I had small children and it was hard to wait, but found they were worth the wait and came back! They are caring, reasonable, and wonderful! They are the BEST in Charleston!

I love Dr. Dick Patrick, Dr. Matthew Patrick and Dr. April McCaskill! They are ALL great! They're all so VERY caring. Sometimes you may have to wait a while to be seen, but they NEVER make you feel rushed once you're in the back. Dr. Dick Patrick gave such soothing and kind words when we had to make the decision to put our 14 year old cat down earlier this year. I will always be grateful for that. Matthew and April are more than awesome for their care and compassion, too!
