I always thought that if the USC band were to parody Stanford's, perhaps they should do so playing the one song they have in common in their respective repertoires: "All Right Now."

@Countrymusicnumber1 They're playing warmup scales in a counter march, which is a very basic marching band maneuver, implying the Stanford Band can't do either one, which is probably true. And then they throw in a few Stanford imitations. Pretty funny. Didn't know they were capable of humor.

There is a description of the Stanford Band on their website (lsjumb.stanford.edu) which has a 67 year old postively commenting on a precision marching band's performance. What's funny is that 67 year old would have been 19 back in 1963 when the LSJUMB started their undisciplined "60's" era "schtick" routines. That the TMB makes a parody of the scatter band style in the context of a very well designed and executed routine is absolutely hilarious.
