were the larger masses folded and forge-welded onto the flatstock? maybe just welded in? i'd love to know if you upset them in??? nice work, and your forge is beautiful, i'd love to make one similar, i assume you made it.......anyways, great vid, nice work. greetings from canada....

I think this is really neat. I particularly enjoyed seeing the metal actually change under your direction, (the close up shots). Why the water? Does that keep the rod from twisting below? I know nothing about this particular art but the video was very interesting, and Roger and Carole look like really nice folk! Thanks for sharing!

Tom, what a beautiful film you made from my rambling camera! I was almost in tears at the end, seeing our house through your dark eyes. Somehow your evocative sound track captures the real essence of the moment, although I still can't see the images without the loud "ting ting" and Radio One ringing in my head! Keep creating, Carole
