### 5/4/2010 NEWS UPDATE: After months of anticipation, Fedor "The Last Emperor" Emelianenko (31-1), will make his eagerly awaited return to the cage to face two-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champion Fabricio "Vai Cavalo" Werdum (13-4) in a STRIKEFORCE and M-1 GLOBAL co-promoted event at HP Pavilion in San Jose, California on Saturday, June 26. ###

January 27, 2010: Two-time ADCC Champ and Strikeforce Heavyweight, Fabricio Werdum, wants to get the next shot at the number one MMA fighter in the world, Fedor Emelianenko. Werdum told Karyn Bryant of MMA H.E.A.T. that although the fight is not yet confirmed, he is preparing every day for what could be the biggest fight of his career. Werdum sees holes in Fedor's game, and he believes he can beat him. Karyn caught up with Fabricio Werdum, his coach, Rafael Cordeiro, and Wanderlei Silva as they worked out at the Affliction Training Center.
