@ChipArgyle It could be that they often test experimental birth control in 3rd world countries. Also, some birth defects are genetic, so perhaps there is a defect in a certain sect of the population. @divinewords Sure, that's a given, assuming that the local environment has nothing to do with it. It should be happening even more in China, but you never hear about it there. Could be a political/ cultural difference covering up these sorts of events in China. Or maybe it's just something in the water in India.
