You might want to manufacture this. Even if its manual. Maybe you'll give Carada screens a run for their money.

Well Hapy Birthday. With some movies, the screen has black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. Think of how widescreen movies look on older TV's. So to make sure the white areas of the projector screen stay completely black during these movies, I made a masking system to absorb the black light from the projector. Bascially the masking system helps with the contrast ratio of the projector. In the opening scene you can see the grayish area during the IronMan movie disappear.

Construction time was about 8 hours. But the time spent planning abd building was much longer since I was planning and building at the same time. All in all it was a 2 weekend project.
