Question Time - 3. Is the transformation agenda really about people or money (part 1)

In April 2010 Skills for Care North West, with Manchester Metropolitan University and the North West Joint Improvement Partnership, held a 'question time' event examining personalisation within social work. Four panellists answered questions from an audience made up of front line staff, social work students, people who use services and employers. David Brindle from the Guardian newspaper chaired the event. The discussions surrounded six questions. Some questions have been split into a number of sections.
