@92CamryLE Ford didn't request a bailout, the money that was supposed to go to Ford went to GM and Chrysler. Ford just borrowed money from the Ford family who still own the company. So get the facts strait before you even talk about the Automakers bailout plan.

@brandywells He's the one that put the plan into action. Ford requested a bailout, and indirectly did receive one. His standards are urging automakers to make better vehicles. We need to depend less on foreign oils because they could end at anytime.

@92CamryLE Obama didn't save anybody. It's the tax payers' money. Even McCain would have did something to save at least GM as Bush had already done. All Obama did was bail out the UAW indirectly, and give Chrysler to FIat at tax payer expense. Ford didn't take the bail-out. Obama's CAFE standards if fully implemented will kill all perftmance cars.

@coreysmayfield Hey idiot the program actually created more pollution than all of these vehicles combined wouldve so quit your bitchin! and not only that but now as a lower waged person I cannot even find a good cheap used car thats less than 3 grand and most of them arent worth as much as the rust bucket 13 mpg Plymouth I'm driving now. It was just another way the government hurt the little guy for their gain! FUCK OBAMA AND FUCK YOU!!!
