I brought home what I thought was a golden mix from a shelter. I later discovered she was really a Toller through a breeder who saw her and asked if I knew what I had. Amazing. My Autumn has all of the characteristics of a Toller, so I no longer doubt what she is Goldens are definitely much more laid back. But if you were to ask me what kind of dog I prefer...I now have to say the Toller. I will never go back to wanting a golden. Tollers are so unique and special; I love my Autumn.
