Considering your Specs I've got the impression it's running really bad, not to mention the resolution is crappy. I use Virtualbox on my machine, but have been thinking of trying out Xen for a long time.
Do you have any experience in comparing Vbox with Xen? What are the pros/cons?

can you run 3D in windows when it's runnig as dom1? or prehaps try running windows as domU and see if you can get 3D in linux?

·Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 @ 2.20GHz
·RAM: 4GB DDR2
It's a Samsung Q45 Laptop.
Ubuntu theme: "Darker Theme". You can find it on gnome-look

Cheers I got that theme now it looks good. Can you run multiple guests with those specs? Have you tried running a Vista guest? I have a 2.4Ghz Core 2 so I must try this software.

Yes, I can run multiple guests. I only run windows xp, in 2 month may be I try to run Vista
