It's a sign

Miracles do happen. So, I'm standing outside my house having a smoke and, as a bad person would do, I flicked my cigarette towards the little stream next to my house. There is a metal grate about 10-15 feet away from me. I flick the cigarette, it takes on bounce and lands right on the grate and stops dead in it's tracks. This is a sign from above telling my to stop littering. I went out that afternoon and bought a pocket ashtray and I will never again toss a cigarette on the ground. Interesting how that happens.

Why not just put a little bucket of sand near the front of hte house and your cigarette butts into that. You can even make a double bucket where the inner bucket has a grate for the bottom and then when you want to gather and dispose of the cigarettes you can lift up the inner bucket, shake it and be left with only butts which you can throw away.
