  • so glad to hear someone addressing the cause of this situation in the congo.thank you for not just taken a portion of the situation "rape"and speaking on it as though it were in a vacuum.i would like to understand more on where this mentality comes from. it is not culture of the peoople of the congo.

  • @lycurgusandnuma Have you thought of asking your university library to borrow it from a larger library that participates in an exchange program with it? There are many inter-library loan programs around.
