Is there a client software for Windows at all or just Mac?
I know PMS is available on Win/OSX/Linux but the Plex Media Center is Mac only unless you have LG telly....

probably not.
But to be honest, unless you are using this to stream to your LG hdtv that has a plex client, or your intend to use for a mobile device e.g. android or ipad, then PMS isn't really that important.
