@Ygdrasel love you man, no homo, you are right, i love nightwish, i love both singers, though i personally think tarja a a bit too operatic to be singing metal, granted there were many good songs with her, but i like the new mix better, nightwish is nightwish because of tuomas not the singer, bikerinleather is an idiot for what he said

You were a fan of Tarja, not Nightwish. And they're not like "every other metal band". Metal has a bunch of different subgenres all with varying styles. Children of Bodom, Sentenced, Sonata Arctica, Helloween...Nightwish is like none of them.
