The fact that MTV is willing to glamorize teen drug use, teen promiscuity, and teen pregnancy and not show a down to earth, honest, hard working girl is beyond ridiculous. Lauren is the type of woman girls should be looking up to...not these trashy teens having babies. I think its sad that MTV has lowered it standard to the point where a strong girl building a business is considered "high brow" FU MTV!

@slideshowgurl When you're living off your parent's money, your boyfriend is still in the incredibly immature age range, and you're in high school then having kids is obviously going to be difficult. Women used to have kids young because they didn't have so many other arrangements and they were married. But now it's absolutely different. If you're an independent and mature enough to handle children, it shouldn't be difficult.

@slideshowgurl I have seen the show. I've also seen theses girls on covers of magazines buying crap they wouldn't have been able to buy had they not been knocked up at 16 and paraded on tv. These girls get paid 60 to 65 thousand dollars per season. Why? cuz they were 16 and pregnant. I do know what I speak of and I stand by everything I said. Maybe YOU should stop watching less of trashy shows like that.

@EmoAnthony91 you obviously don't watch teen mom because it doesn't glamorize teen pregnancy at ALL. I am 19 and when I see the struggles those girls go through it makes me never want to have kids.... EVER. So you should actually watch something before you talk about it
