Has anyone got the title track to Dance Energy at the beginning of show, had the Dance Energy tape with the tune on before it got chewed up in the tape deck!!

It is 'Check The Rhime' by A Tribe Called Quest. The sample they used is Minnie Riperton's 'Baby, This Love I Have' from the album 'Adventures In Paradise' released in 1975 - well worth picking up as well. Does that answer your question?!
