The gas gage is at empty so there's no way it's going to start.

moi j'avais une 2 cv quand j'étais sous les drapeaux et elle m a fait un sale coup.
j'étais en perm et au moment de repartir elle ne voulait pas démarrer. Au début j'ai cru qu elle aller démarrer mais j'ai compris qu'elle ne voulait pas, et j'ai paniqué. J'ai tout essayé mais rien à faire, elle n'a pas voulu démarrer

Check the coil pack! The coil in a 2cv engine is crappy, but many produced "pirate" coil.

That engine is dry. If the electronic ignition were to blame it'd at least ignite the fuel, even if it's too late or too early.

para arrancar ese coche, tienes q bombear el acelerador 2 o 3 veces antes que nada, luego, mientras le das arranque lo MANTIENES acelerado a fondo.. si no enciende es otro problema..

el problema era el controlador de 123 que se incrusta en la pérdida de rinflard petróleo ....

There was little gasoline, but would not start because of the control unit 123 which was broken!
