* Should there be a payment error on Tarpon's behalf resulting in contractor missing regular run, Tarpon will process a payment within three working days of regular payrun. Weekly updates will be provided unless otherwise instructed. Invoices will be raised the same day as long as timesheet is received before 2pm. Invoices will be raised based on contracted instructions from agent / client. Call back or email response within 4 working hours. Invoice payments chased within 1 working day of being overdue.
