Okay I decided to put up a video like everyone else in the world. I'm just another bass player having fun doing what we all love to do - playing and trying to conquer this instrument (Im not gaining much ground on that yet). To answer the usual questions I see on youtube....The bass is a custom made Buscarino Fretless. I bought it brand new in 1994 with Bartolini pickups and a Buscarino on board pre amp. He (John Buscarino) makes excellent instruments but mostly hollow body arch top jazz guitars these days. I played through my little SWR 12" combo practice amp. Dean Markely SR2000 ML strings (very old I might add).
Now this is what I'm talking about!!!!! FANTASTIC.... did you learn this by ear or did you read this out??? I'm a bass player too but I rather make bass sound guitar like as far as melody is concern instead of just holding the bass notes. .... anyway... I think I'm good but I hope to be as good as you one day!!!

@okicu Thanks man. I learned the meoldy and changes by reading out of the real book but the solo is improvised so I guess you could call that section "by ear.A little of both to answer your question. Thanks for the props!!
