I neither believe the Koran or the bible unless corroborated by physical evidence. It's obvious that Jesus is a hoax and that the Gospels prove that they are fiction and Mohammad by telling us he beleives them shows us that he was an ignoramus.

I read "Letter to a Christian Nation" out of curiousity.
After seeing all the blind spots in Sam Harris' thinking, I believe the man needs a seeing eye dog to keep him from stepping into a manhole.

Religion was invented to answer these questions. Who or what came first? That is a real tough one. But for me, Invoking notions of unknown, un-provable supernatural forces is sillier as L. Ron Hubbard claiming the planet was populated by aliens. Tell you what, If ever some exterritorial life lands on this planet and tells me Jesus is it's savior, I'll be born again that instant.

Hmmmmmm sounds like there is something that came first while at the same time has no beginning and no end. Such are the mysteries of life. The matrix, pan-dimensional beings, thousands of Hindu Gods, the Dali Llama or just miracle spring water at the right price.

Life, the universe and everything was in fact, created by a powerful supercomputer running a program designed by hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional beings.
Who or what created them? That would be the question to ask.
