Sung by Louise 2000 (live pubgig).
Violin Stuart Hardy.
Kate Rusby also sang this song on her beautiful album Sleepless.
Pictures are Jugendstil and Art Deco stained glass windows.
I met Stuart Hardy after a John Wright concert where he played. He agreed to play some songs with me afterwards and I was (and still am) blown away by his beautiful violin playing. Although we never played together before he was able to play along in a way that wanted me to sing on forever. I never got the chance to thank him properly for that fun evening but this vid is my own little tribute to a great musician. Thanks a lot Stuart!
Oh Louise... this is just beautiful. I've been playing your songs to my sister and her first words (with a look of awe on her face) was , "Who is she?" Her tone suggested she had been listening to a 'famous' singer and she wanted to know who it was. Anyway, you have another fan! Your voice is a blessing.. for us. Have a great year. Peace and Love
