@NannyWhip You're absoultely right. I'd rather see a video of these Okuma reels where they are testing how well they spin with just a nudge, to illustrate the start-up inertia that you might get when trotting a very slow flowing river with a float. Now that's worth posting!
@amhendrickson That's great, but totally irrelevant. As long as it has a good smooth start up inertia and doesn't wobble that's all that matters. I've never ever seen, nor do I think I ever will see, anybody needing a pin to spin at what amounts to several hundred or thousand RPM whilst in a fishing situation. Crazy!
Nearly every video on YouTube about centrepins shows the same old "mine can spin for hours" thing. Now, a video showing one revolving properly at a river would be worth posting.
