@globalsbc MJ anchored 42.91 at the 93 world champs, fastest 4x400m split ever, but that's off a flying start, it doesn't count. It's like saying Powell's 8.70 anchor in Beijing is the real 100m WR.

@bananaminge Anybody who doesn't respect Michael Johnson as a legend is an idiot. His 200m record lasted 13 years. That's insane for a sprint race. His 400m record is now 11 years old and nobody is coming close to breaking it. Maybe Karani James might have a shot considering how young he is, but we'll see.

@avenged7xguitar a start that starts off from momentum rather than a complete stop, so the only person on a relay that wouldn't have the flying start advantage is the starter
