Jeep rev with everything together.

Starting my jeep for the first time since I got all my fuel injection stuff installed. Giving it a few rev's and a walk around... and spare the insults chevy people, I dont care if you think I "shoulda put a chevy in it."

great job sounds good. im doing a 302 carb eng i cant get the front drive shaft to clear the external slave cylnd bracket for clutch how did you get around that thanx jeff

@jblythe40404040 I didnt get around that issue yet.... instead I just threw it in there for the hell of it and ended up cutting the front shaft inhalf from it rubbing on the slave bracket...

I've been looking into the mid 90's f150s since I was told they ran an internal slave setup.. so I'm probably gonna be getting a new slave and bellhousing to see if that will work..

Go Ford, I am doing the same thing with my yj. Do you have stock axles, if so how are they holding up? Very nice job

@johnbrakingground stock axles with 4.11's and they have survived many burnouts and a few mudding adventures so far... but I have a ford 8.8 all ready and waiting to go in once the dana 35c breaks.

dont care what other people think just because everybody does 350's in jeeps doesnt mean a 302 is wrong. Personally i like the 302 in the jeeps and once my four banger goes i already have a 302 waiting

not running straight pipes... running shorty headers into a y-pipe with a single out the back. no cat... just a cheap ass "turbo" muffler that sounds better than the flowmaster 40 I use to have on it. whole exhaust is 2.25" piping

Sounds better than over half the v8s out there with dual exhaust... but that's just my opinion.....

A ford 302! damnnn, now what kind of exhaust system do you have? I was thinking on getting just straight pipes, but i'm afraid they wont fit, how big are your straight pipes?
