A cover of Ellie Goulding's "Starry Eyed" using simply a microphone and a vocoder.

Live effects & post all done in Logic Pro 9. The microKORG is only acting as a MIDI keyboard. All the usual suspect equipment/plugins are in use here.

Hey Man Sounds awesome! I stumbled across this online and I ripped your audio and am making a remix of it on logic, hah i hope you dont mind. Only Problem is the timings a little off cause its just vocals maybe I could send you the beat and you could record sing to it?

It's recorded to click at 148bpm... hope that helps you sync it up.

that's so hectic man. legitimately so much better than the original. do you know if it's possible to buy a vocoder minus the mic and like, plug one in? coz i bought a quality mic recently and don't really wanna see it go to waste...

Hi I set the vocoder up tonight via my synth and logic,it's great the vocoder they have on there,could you please let me know,what vocoder pre set did you use for this?there a few vocoder effects on there,what Is this one please?did you have to put reverve on it?any info on this be great?many thanks
