Please let me have the video which shows the replacement of a cast part with another cast part.Please take cast parts as two individual parts ,like,Cast part "A" and Cast part "B".All machining cuts are based on datum planes.and also please show if machining cuts are based on features of a cast part.

@shekannavar if you would like a video tutorial please let me know but this is pretty simple. As long as your machine cuts are based off of datum planes and not cast features then you can just edit the merge feature at the top of the tree.
A)you can edit the merge part at the beginning of the tree and select the open folder and pick a new part
