It IS included in the console. The LAN adapter is for people who don't already have internet connection to still be able to get on Wiifi. It'll also make the connection smoother than sending the signal through your computer's router.

WTF so not only do i need to buy the console, i need to go and buy an adapter to go online so i can pay for some more money out to buy some old school games. fuckin money grabber if you ask me, adapter should be included with the console if not built into it like the rest of the civilized world. Tha'ts like executing somone and making them pay the 0.28 cents for the bullet. Ohh that's right China does that already
