Bus Stop Stories: Friday

I have been working in the Gorge Cafe in Yeovil's bus station speaking to members of the public who have popped in for a tea or a bite to eat. I have been asking them about their lives, recording their thoughts and photographing them. I have then edited this material into seven short films, one for each day of the week. The films are warm hearted and touching portraits, full of life's triumphs, surprises and struggles told by the people who have lived them.

Hi Peter, I was born and raised in Yeovil (now live in Turkey). I really enjoyed these short films. My Father goes into the Gorge Cafe every week for a cup of tea before getting the bus home. The stories portrayed were fascinating and just goes to show that all of us has a story to tell - none more so then the meak! Congratulations on the stories and would love to watch more if you make them..
