  • Also, if I eat fats I get a lump in my throat! I also had a stool study done that showed fat Mal-absorption.

  • If I try to eat more fruit or starchy veggies I get very sick. I get extreme fatigue, sugary feeling in mouth, sore eyes, itchy roof of my mouth, itchy vaginal, and than I can't sleep. I feel like I am under an attack during the night. It is horrible feeling the next morning! I am very under weight. 100 pounds at 5 ft 7 in. I do eat a fair bit of almonds!, olive oil and was eating meat until 2 weeks ago. I am now raw food, mostly greens. I can tolerate some berries but that is it. Help? :)

  • i hope he got his finger back into place

  • @lifez33 nuts not a healthy food?are you sure:)

  • @etyicle i said the same thing last year buddy. feel free to show cases where 80/10/10 causes diabetes or obesity . There is a world of difference between a box of glazed donuts and a bag of oranges. Never mind what this guy is saying . Try it for a few weeks and see for yourself .

  • @azefilippo

Brainwashed? Couldn't I just flip that around and call you brainwashed? Not a very solid argument for your case against my "conclusions," What am I doing wrong?

  • I love doug but here he's going against his own ideas- not eating according to locality but according to our tropical nature, in which nuts and avocados and cocoanuts come on all year long, along with sweet fruits. But he's still probably right about not eating so many nuts so often.

  • @MrJazzmattaz raw veganism isn't based on information or science, its based solely on idealistic notions...

  • This guy is an idiot... he knows nothing about nutrition. Im just watching this laughing...
