My best guess is you have to get the special, limited edition of Dust Devil on DVD. I got one on Amazon. Four DVDs in all and one CD. Otherwise, I know no other way.
This documentary is a strange one but fascinating at the same time. I would have expected someone like Werner Herzog to cover this but Richard Stanley did it.
