This is music from my good friend George Bertok. His imagination is boundless & as unrestrained as the imagination of the artist who is responsible for this video landscape. Las Pozas is the creation of Edward James, an eccentric British Aristocrat who was a patron of
many of the Surrealist & Impressionist Painters of Europe during the 1920s & 1930s. All of the sculptures seen here were cast in Steel reinforced Concrete, having first been designed by Edward. The site is comprised of 80 acres of land just outside the town of XILITLA; which is approximately 100 miles directly north of Mexico City, & about 80 miles west of the Gulf Coast. It was only after Edward's death in 1984 that people recognized the scope of his genius & imagination.
