Nickelback is easily the biggest thing out of Hannah, Alberta since Lanny McDonald and his moustache. They've sold over 27 million records and they've only just put out their sixth studio album. So, let's go back to the beginning. Their career took off when the song - How You Remind Me - hit number 1 on Canadian and U-S charts at the same time. The only other Canadian bands to ever do that: The Guess Who and BTO. They've gone on to tour the world, accumulate a bunch of hits and a bunch of awards - including nine Junos. In all, Nickelback has had 13 singles on the Billboard charts. In 2007, they were inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame,nTheir latest album is called 'Dark Horse,' and they've just kicked off a North American Tour.

Why the fuck does the desc say 27million records sold? They have sold 55Million+ Records. Not including the ones they have sold with the "Here And Now" album. Im sure that by the end of this year, it will be cranked to at at lest 70million records because of "Here And Now".
