yea these call center people make us sick wasting our time instead of helping us. ur video shows the reality of that. these useless call center employees should be fired immediately the moment they r caught doing this. thanks 4 d video clip.

Haha, brilliant.
I work in a call center (oops, "Customer Care Center") and there are times when I can't help but laugh at a customer.
We're trained to handle virtually everything a customer could need, though, thus reducing the need for them to be transferred.
All the same, there are some people who I'd really just like to send through a long string of transfers before telling them that they're idiots.
