Bracket Welding Robot Cell

RG Luma Automation have integrated a Staubli TX40 Robot into a cell for resistance welding 6 variants of metal stud (bowl fed) to mounting bracket (bowl fed). After welding is complete the bracket is moved to a cooling station and then onto a weld test station where an automatic nut runner tightens a nut onto the stud and confirms correct torque and depth is acheived and that there is no weld movement. Passed parts are dropped into 1 'bin', rejects to another.
