Hi hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker got hot 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it

oh gosh... i tried to do the one arm thing and i literally collapsed!!! my arm just gave in.. i am too havy but in the losing weight process so hopefully i can do that soon

HI Tara I love this vid. Sometimes, I hesitate with some poses since I am afraid I can get bulky arms and shoulders but you saw this one coming and put a lot of stretches in between. Funny, before I try this out, can we really get stuck doing a crow pose?

@Carolinainmymind Only do them 4-5 days a week. Your body needs time to heal. Also, make sure you stretch a lot and don't push yourself too much.

Hi Tara.. your yoga really amazing.. I purchased your book too.. I've been trying to do crow pose but I think I did it wrongly and hurt my arms .. Could you make a video on how to do crow pose correctly.. Thank you..

Thx, great routine. How do you keep the wrists of your hands safe? I practiced nearly every day in the last weeks (mainly downward dog, planks...), now I feel my wrists are totally overstrained (as well as my shoulders). Do you practice every day and if so, how do you put the exercises together? It's not the first time I overstrained my body and still I'm not able to assess it right (a regular and balanced practice).
